Interaksi Jenis Kelamin Investor dan Faktor Kognitif terhadap Keputusan Investasi

The study aimed to find out whether irrational behavior represented by overconfidence bias and moderated by demographic factors i.e. gender can give color to investment decisions made by investors. The study used primary data collected through a Google form questionnaire distributed through social media. Respondents who entered and gave answers to this study numbered 162. The subjects who participated in this study were the academic community of Singaperbangsa Karawang University. The method of collection in sampling is done randomly. The analysis technique used is Regression Analysis Moderation with SPSS software version 21 plus process tool v.3.5. This study provides findings that biased overconfidence behavior is sharpened by gender differences to influence investors in determining investment decisions in the academic community of Singaperbangsa Karawang University.
