Pengaruh Kelas Kehamilan Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Komplikasi Kehamilan

Abstract

Community involvement in health promotion  is an alternative  way to accelerate the decline in maternal mortality. By 2023, Puskesmas Majenang II has 13 of pregnancy Classes  each consisting of ten  pregnant women, with a coverage of 70%. This study aims to find out the influence of the pregnancy class on the level of knowledge about pregnanc’s danger sign, through experimental Quasi studies with pre and post tests The population in this study is 180 people, with purposive sampling techniques taken 80 people. Analysis is done with univariat and bivariat using the Wilcoxon test. The results show that there is an influence of the pregnancy’s class n the knowledge of pregnancy’s danger signs in Puskesmas Majenang II (pv=0,000).
