Strategi Peningkatan Mutu Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif NU

The purpose of this research is to address the question of how the NU Branch Leadership strives to improve the quality of educational institutions under its supervision. This is a field research conducted with a qualitative approach. The methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation. In the data analysis process, the researcher utilizes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings conclude that: 1). Based on the collected data, it is evident that many Ma'arif institutions have achieved good accreditation. However, there are still several educational units that are moderately accredited, indicating the need for continuous efforts to improve their educational quality. Meanwhile, the achievements of the NU Cilacap Branch's Ma'arif Education and Training Center have not reached a national-level or similar level of recognition. 2). The strategies implemented to enhance the quality of education by the NU Cilacap Branch's Ma'arif Education and Training Center consist of both internal and external strategies. 3). The supporting factors for the quality improvement strategies of the NU Cilacap Branch's Ma'arif Education and Training Center include having competent administrators. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include the lack of coordinated data management for educational units and a lack of discipline in attendance during conducted meetings.
