Manfaat Massase Tengkuk Dan Akupresur Pada Titik Feng Chi Terhadap Hipertensi Pada Lansia

The incidence of hypertension in Indonesia in 2018 was 34.1%. In Central Java province, it was around 57.10% in 2018. In Cilacap regency in 2020, there were 585,907 people with hypertension aged >15 years. Hypertension in the elderly is an increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure which is more than 140/90 mmHg. If high blood pressure is not treated immediately it can cause complications. Management of hypertension can be done pharmacologically and non- pharmacologically. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is to use nape massase and Feng Chi point acupressure. To lower blood pressure before and after care. This research uses a qualitative research approach method with a case study research strategy, which uses a sample of 3 hypertensive elderly respondents. Research shows changes before and after intervention in the form of nape massase and acupressure at Feng Chi points to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive elderly. There is an effect of nape massase and feng chi point acupressure on hypertension in the elderly
