Penentuan Rute Distribusi Saos Botol Sari Pedas Sambal Dengan Menggunakan Metode Saving Matrix

The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal route for the distribution of bottled sauce from CV. Sari persada sources for markets in the Brebes area. In distributing bottled sauce to every customer, CV. Sumber Sari Persada, Determination of routes that are not optimal is a problem for the company. In this study designed the optimal route for shipping goods using the saving matrix method. The saving matrix method is one of the answers to determine the shortest path for 22 locations in the Brebes area. The results obtained show that the mileage is reduced by 9 km and saves Rp. 374,386/month.
