Abstract

This research investigates the influence of transformational leadership style on employee engagement at PT Panglima Kamayo Media Cilacap Branch Office. The transformational leadership style, known for its ability to inspire and motivate employees, plays a crucial role in establishing a positive work environment and increasing employee commitment. Using a quantitative research approach, researchers collected information by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Panglima Kamayo Media Cilacap branch. Data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 22 with linear regression and hypothesis testing, to understand the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee engagement in organizations. This research is intended to provide an understanding of how transformational leadership style influences employee engagement and offers practical implications for the leadership of PT Panglima Kamayo Media to develop effective strategies in increasing employee engagement, which will ultimately contribute to organizational success. The results of data processing revealed that transformational leadership plays a positive role as an independent variable which influences employee engagement as a dependent variable, where the calculated F value is 12.236 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.
